Welcome to my practice! My name is Courtney, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about creating a safe space for women to connect more deeply to themselves and find healing, confidence, peace, and joy in their lives. I have been practicing in the mental health field for over 10 years and continue to feel incredibly honored to hold space for my clients. Some of the issues I assist women in working through include feeling overwhelmed, challenging relationships, spiritual questioning, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, loss, and life transitions.

My hope

My hope for you is that you would find courage to own your story and show up for your healing process. That you would learn to love yourself deeply. That you would abide in peace even in the midst of the chaos of life. That you would know your worth, beauty, and power. That you would live your purpose and lean into joy. That you would practice gratitude, and that light would lead your steps.
